First you will need to purchase some things to go into the set. You should purchase a baby bath tub, this will actually be your basket. You will also need to purchase baby shampoo, baby body wash, baby powder, baby lotion, a soft hooded towel, soft baby washcloths, a baby sleeper, rubber ducky, and you can also purchase some bath toys for when the baby is older. You will also need cellophane, ribbon, and tissue paper or basket filler. You will then need to arrange the items in the basket.
I would start by putting the baby bath on the table you are using. Then take the basket filler or tissue paper and place some in the bathtub. This will help hold some of the items in place, but will also make the basket look more professional. You will then place the bottles of shampoo, body wash, powder, and lotion in the bath tub. You can add tissue paper around the bottle to make then stand up as you'd like. You will then place the washcloths, hooded towel, and sleeper into the basket. Arrange them so everything can still be seen in the basket. You can then add in extra bath toys if you like; just don't put the rubber duck into the basket. After you are happy with the placement of your items, you will now cover the basket with cellophane.
Make sure that you cut the cellophane so it will easily wrap around the whole basket. You might have to use more than one strip to get the whole basket covered. Gather the cellophane at the top and tie a piece of ribbon around it. You will now tie a long piece of ribbon around the rubber duck to attach him to the top of the basket. This will make a nice decoration. You can then add ribbon as needed and then curl it.
You now have a completed gift for an expectant mom that is in your life. She will use all the items in this basket and love you for taking the time to make the gift set for her.
