Start sewing from the feet first all the way up to his chest, remember to sew inside out, than stop at the chest area add more beads. For the head add in the eyes and nose, you should be able to poke right through the fabric or just punch a hole, don't cut the holes you don't want them to be to big so, just poke a hole with your scissors, than add the eyes and nose stuff with some cotton then sew together. Don't put anything in the ears because they supposed to be kind of flat. For the head put more cotton, also put cotton in his upper chest and neck this is so you can make his nose, and his behind poke out or ( stick out ) than put on his nose button before you completely close him up.
Before you completely sew him up make sure you have first added the cotton in the head, chest and neck, and have put in his eyes, small beads in the rest of his body so, when you squeeze your bear you can feel the beads all though the body except the head. So basically you're just sewing together the fabric and adding the cotton and than adding the small beads. If you put enough beads into the behind it will wag down and than the will have something to sit on. You can tie a bow tie around the neck, or even make him a funny little hat to ware. There may be some pattern for little bears at the fabric store if you think that would work best for you but, if not you can always cut out your own pattern which is simple and easy. You can even sew the body together and than attached legs afterward, filled with the small beads. All you really need is a pattern to make just about anything and cutting out your own pattern and putting them together can also work. He shouldn't be flat because you're stuffing him with the cotton and beads. Make sure you choose the correct eyes and nose there are some beanie babies in stores like a Walgreen's drug or osco drugs also have beanie beanie babies, if you're not to sure how the eyes and nose should look. The bear is not stuff to tight you want some slack so you can have him sit or pose in different positions.
