Emotional symptoms you should look out for include anxiety, abrasiveness, depression, hostility, moody, nervousness, and feeling as if you have lost your sense of humor. If you are feeling these, you should talk to your doctor about ways that you can reduce your stress. He or she may also have some tips on how to deal with the symptoms with drugs. If you do not feel like popping a pill there are some other ways you can try to beat the stress in your life.
Identify what you is stressing you out and confront it head on. Once you resolve this issue you should see an improvement in your symptoms if not you may need to take some serious action. If you need help from a spouse or friend with a project that is too much for you to handle you need to ask them for help right away.
