How to Beat the Waitress in Diner Dash Hometown Hero
5 Tips on Beating the Waitress on Diner Dash Hometown Hero
Beat the Waitress in "Diner Dash Hometown Hero" Tip #1: Seat customers yourself
Because seating the customers gives you the most all-around points (and when competing with a waitress means you'll often break your chaining bonuses), seat the customers before the rival waitress gets to them.
Beat the Waitress in "Diner Dash Hometown Hero" Tip #2: Forget about chaining
Take all you've learned about chaining and throw it out the window on these levels! The goal here is speed, not chaining. Another waitress around is going to get to customers first and you'll inevitably break your chains. Focus on speed and serve every customer you can. Alternatively, the other waitress can start a chain. If you see her racking up a nice chain (i.e. she's handing out lots of 100-point snacks), try to break it by handing out snacks yourself.
Beat the Waitress in "Diner Dash Hometown Hero" Tip #3: Don't hand out drinks
If you've reached this far into "Diner Dash Hometown Hero," you probably know by now that handing out drinks doesn't give you any money, it only increases their hearts. Let the other waitress hand out the drinks-this will keep her busy and allow you to earn the real cash by serving food, snacks, seating, and so on.
Beat the Waitress in "Diner Dash Hometown Hero" Tip #4: Always hand out checks
Keep an eye on your tables and when they're ready for their checks, be there. If you don't hand out the check, you will not receive any tip money. To make sure you're the waitress handing out the check, let the other server fetch the desserts. That way, while she's busy doing that, you'll be free to pass out checks.
Beat the Waitress in "Diner Dash Hometown Hero" Tip #5: Pick a different waitress
No one knows if there's any real difference to any of the three waitresses from which you can chose at the beginning of the level. If you're having difficulty passing a waitress level, try choosing a different waitress to see if you have better luck.
