When we have success accomplishing short term and long term goals, it abolishes the woes me syndrome and makes it disappear.

The woes me syndrome always lies in wake, waiting for the perfect time to strike. Sometimes, if we let our guard down, the woes me syndrome can completely wipe us out; leaving us exhausted. If, we do happen to survive the attack of the woes me syndrome, it's important to have ammunition against it so that we can beat it the next time it decides to strike.
Tools We Can Use Against The Woes Me Syndrome
There are tools we can use against the woes me syndrome. One tool that you can use is gratitude. Gratitude tells us the facts and the woes me syndrome can't fight the facts because it relies on lies for its existence.
Illusions
The woes me syndrome relies on illusions to convince us that we need to feel bad, no matter what the situation.

A sincere, please and thank you, pulls us out of the grip of the woes me syndrome, quickly, because it makes us feel appreciated.
Acceptance
When we have acceptance in our heart and we know that things are a certain way, that gives us self-confidence, there's no way that the woes me syndrome can attack under those circumstances.

We can always find the woes me syndrome at a pity party. The woes me syndrome is always the MC of any pity party.

Self-pity is another one of those things that waits to attack, just like the woes me syndrome.

I ask each day to feel joy and satisfaction! Prayer upholds me as well to keep from giving in to the pity party, but I ask as well to have the negative thoughts transformed and changed into a better attitude when I slip!
