How to Become Beautiful as You Sleep

Would you like to become beautiful as you sleep? We all love to sleep. We love to rejuvenate our bodies and our minds. While we are doing this, we should also multi-task and use this time to make ourselves more beautiful. We can do this, if we prepare for sleep and for night-time correctly. How can we do this? We can do this by following these simple tips.

Wash Our Face

Yes, we must wash our face. We must wash away the dirt, grime, makeup and tension from the day, off of our face. But we must do it correctly. We must use a mild cleanser or makeup remover on our face. We should never use regular soap. We also should apply this cleanser or remover with a cotton pad or soft wash cloth.

Use A Vitamin A Collagen Cream

We should apply a collagen cream onto our face. This will help fight the appearance of those nasty lines and wrinkles. It will also help keep more from forming. A must is a collagen cream that contains Vitamin A. This cream can help you become beautiful as you sleep.

Apply Eye Cream

The first place that age will show is around our eyes. The reason why is that as we age this skin becomes thinner. Stress can also cause those nasty dark eye circles to form, as well as lack of sleep. The best eye creams are the ones that contain: vitamins A, C, E or K.

Never Sleep On the Same Side

Try not to be a creature of habit. This is hard for most of us. Personally, this writer has always loved to lay on her right side. But she has been trying to learn to sleep more on her back. Why? If she lays on her right side, all the time, the right side of her face will have more wrinkles than her left, especially around the eyes. This will be very noticeable.

Yes, the best bet is to sleep on your stomach or back. Yet, if you just can't sleep on your back or stomach, try to periodic switch sides throughout the night.

Treat Your Hands And Feet With TLC

At night, try to be nice to your hands and feet. Smother them with some rich lotion such as Shea butter. Remember it isn't just your face that shows the signs of age.

Yes, these tips will help you become beautiful as you sleep. Yet, they may seem bothersome and annoying, on some nights. Yet, when people compliment you on how young you look, you will agree that it was worth the time and energy.
