In order to become employed there you must be able to understand and feel the music. This may seem easy but if you are going to put on a great performance you should take dance lessons because those who have an understanding of how to move to a beat and keep rhythm without being told will stand out from the crowd. You will need to understand ho to move to music as well as be able to interact with the crowd. You will need to be able to create a unique experience in your look and in your approach to your act while you are performing. For example, if you are a trapeze artist then they do not want for you to do a run of the mill performance. You will need to use the elements of music, lights and costume to bring something new and unique to the show. For example, you could try feeding to the crowd to get them excited right before you pull of a signature move. If you do this you will be noticed for your skills and offered employment. To become employed here you will need to audition, during this process make sure you make yourself stand out as someone who can feel the music and project that into the audience. Also, make sure that you inject a lot of audience participation and feedback into your act while you are performing. This is what they are looking for and it landed one of my good friends the job there.
