How to Become More Popular Among Your Friends

Ambriel Maji
People will tell you to be the life of the party, tell jokes, be nice to people and help others and this is the key to become popular. Well let's face it there are many funny nice people we know out there and they are not popular they are hanging on the outskirts of popularity. Now this doesn't make them any less of a person, just like you're not any less of a person for wanting to achieve popularity.

One important thing you need to realize before going on with this article is you should be comfortable with who you are, but if your desire to become popular is consuming your life read on to find some tips to help you achieve your dreams.

Look around you and closely look at the people who are popular. They all have something in common, they stick out. They have done something to make themselves more noticeable to other people. Plus they have confidence.

When you have an impressive story to tell people will listen and start sharing that story with other people. It's sort of like subconscious mind programming, here it enough and people start to believe it. You need to stand out among the group but when you're trying to stand out you need to make sure what you plan to stand out in is something broad. For instance in your circle of friends if you're the best baseball player you will only attract those into baseball.

Become involved in extra activities and put yourself out there. The more people that know you and recognize you the more your social status will go up. Become friends with more people. The more people you stand out too and who know you the more your popular status raises.

Remember you do not need to be some kind of superhero to stand out. Everyone has some sort of ability or talent that makes us stand out. The key is to take that skill and perfect it.
