How to Become or Remain Poor

joe garcia
For those people who are poor and just don't want to change their social or economic status, there exist simple steps to accomplish that very goal. Simply exercise the following steps and you can be well on your way to a much poorer life.

Stay in a dead end job. Go ahead and work hard, be on time and give the extra mile. Then wait for that nonexistent reward that never seems to materialize.

Live, breathe and die in the same environment. Don't try to upgrade your living conditions in any way. Keep the same circle of loser friends who have no aspirations in life...like yourself. Live a complacent life.

Never, never, never dream beyond your means. Don't interpret dreams to see how they apply to you in real life terms. Don't take the time to explore the world of possibilities. Never try to make your dreams come true. success could be too much for you to handle.

Listen to all those people who say you cannot succeed at any endeavor. Let outsiders set the parameters of your life.

Don't do anything that might be out of your comfort zone. More so if it is something that involves a great reward.

Do not worry about personal grooming habits. Everyone just loves a slovenly kept person. Do not waste your money on nice clothes, haircut or dentures.

Always work against the tide of reason. Refuse to cooperate with others. Work against the common good.

Be selfish at all times. No one is more important or valuable than you. Your views and ideas are the only correct ones. No one else has a clue.

Forget the Golden Rule.

When and if fortune should come your way, spend as much as possible as quickly as possible. Enjoy the fruits of your labor before someone comes along and snatches it away. If you made it once you are good enough to do it again, right?

If these tips are incorporated into your everyday life, there exists a greater likelihood that anyone could become and then maintain the status of being poor. The process is not all that difficult if a small amount of effort is applied.
