Tension also increases the blood pressure. Especially if you are at your old age, make sure you avoid tension if your life. People often come across more difficult due to their tension. If you too much tensed with something your common thoughts get disrupted. This is called 'Thought Seize'. Having tension is the greatest enemy of your thought process.
Today's dynamic and competitive life style is the main player which produces your tensed thoughts. Stating from whether your valuable package will be shipped on time to whether you will be having proper job for tomorrow, everything is converting your peaceful life into a tensed life. You need to know how you can stay out of tension in your life. If you able to adopt the process of staying out of tension, no one will be happier than you. Try to keep it in your mind that your stay in this beautiful earth is temporary basis only. You came here for a deputation. Nothing is permanent here. So do the things which make this stay enjoyable and loving for you.
Take it Easy - There are several things which are unavoidable in our everyday life. Our day to day life is getting more and more critical on everyday due to the fast life style which can not be denied. If you don't live as other do, you will be thrown out of this space. You will be alone to live with. Don't take everything in your life so seriously. Just take it easy. Don't think much on daily happenings. If you spend little more dollars on one day, don't make your rest of the day bad by thinking the same again and again.
Behave Well with Others - You might think why I am telling to behave well with others in order to reduce the tension in your life. Sometimes we become tensed due to the things which are completely made by us. Easily we can minimize those things if we deal with little more care. If you heart someone there is a good chance of being hearted by that person in future. Don't make yourself the cause of others' tension. If you don't make tension for others, they also won't do the same with you.
Do some Exercise (Yoga) - Exercise makes you feel better. Through proper exercise (Yoga) you can able to give up lots of tensions and anxieties from your life. Try to do some exercise on every morning to intake some fresh air inside your body. It will help to keep you fresh and energetic throughout the day.
Watch Some Good Comedy Movie - Try to avoid those tensed movies. You can easily forget what you see, but your brain doesn't. Actually we call watching movie is a kind of entertainment. If you watch a tensed movie or horror movie and it affect your daily work badly, then how come the watching movie is an entertainment? You should watch a movie which helps you to laugh at later time.
Breathing Exercise - What will happen if you still get tensed to see an unknown or unnatural thing? It is hard to predict where and when there will be a cause of your fear or tension. So you need to know little tricks if you come across such a situation in your life. When you are tensed take a deep breath (breath in) and hold that for 10 seconds. While holding the breath, count from 1 to 10. Now, very slowly release the breath (breath out). Repeat this process in a cycle of 5 to 6 times. This can be done while you are in a sudden tensed condition and your heart is beating in faster rate. After doing this process for 5 to 6 times, check if it helped you to minimize the tension rapidly.

People engage in many activities like drinking too much liquor to relieve their tension. But the reality is that it adds more tension and they will become reluctant to face the reality. Great Article.
