2 Haas Avocado's
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
1/4 cup Red Onion Diced
1 Jalapeno diced
1 Table spoon fresh minced garlic
Salt
Pepper

1. Cut both Avocado's in half. Discard pit. Using a spoon scoop avocado from its shell and place in a mixing bowl. Discard Avocado shell. Using a fork smash avocado to sides of mixing bowl and set aside.
2. Cut Fresh Lime in half and squeeze juice over the Avocado's
3. Add Cilantro, Red Onion, Jalapeno, & minced Garlic to smashed Avocado's and mix thoroughly. Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 min to 1 hour to let flavors blend together.
