Step One
Purchase a good quality scale and a notebook. The scale is the way that you will track your weight loss along with the Biggest Loser. The notebook will be your book of weight loss. It will track your weight and help to motivate you to lose weight.
Step Two
Tune into the season premiere of the Biggest Loser. As the contestants are weighed in for the first time, weigh yourself to determine your starting weight. Write your starting weight in your weight loss journal.
Step Three
Listen to the tips and plans that the trainers set forth for each contestant. Take notes on tips that you will use in the coming week to help your self to lose weight. Remember that you will not be able to implement everything that the contestants do on the Biggest Loser. There are always healthy tips that you will be able to use if you just listen for them.
Step Four
Follow your fitness plan that you wrote in your weight loss notebook. By following a plan, you are on the road to lose weight.
Step Five
Watch the next episode of the Biggest Loser. Weigh yourself and write down the change in your weight in one week's time. You will not lose as much as the contestants on the Biggest Loser. They are spending six hours a day in the gym. Your weight loss will be more modest.
Step Six
Again, listen to the advice of the trainers and find ways to improve upon your plan to lose weight. There will be plenty of new advice to be found in each new episode of the Biggest Loser.
Step Seven
Repeat steps five and six for the entire season of the Biggest Loser to help you to lose weight.
