How to Get the Black Suit in Spider Man 3

Jessie Kay
Spider Man 3 is a video game modeled after the iconic comic book character, with quests taken from the Spider Man 3 movie, the traditional comic books and the other video games in this series. The game is available for the PC, Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and the Wii. Although Spider Man traditionally wears a red and blue suit, a black outfit unlocks when a player reaches a certain achievement. This black suit, also known as the symbiote, gives players a more aggressive Spider Man by increasing his strength and allowing him to move faster and jump further.

How to Get the Black Suit in Spider Man 3 Video Game Step 1: Select "Main Story" mode.
Play the game in "Main Story" mode until you defeat Venom, the final boss. After defeating Venom, he awards you with his black suit. This step applies to all versions of the game. This could take several sessions of game play over several days, depending on how skilled you are at playing Spider Man 3.

How to Get the Black Suit in Spider Man 3 Video Game Step 2: Get the 50 hidden spider emblems (Wii version only).
Collect the 50 hidden spider emblems throughout the game, if playing Spider Man 3 on a Wii. These emblems are located in various levels during the game, on walls, windowsills and behind dark alleyways. If you defeat the final boss without collecting all 50 emblems, you will not be awarded the black suit. For tips on locating these emblems, click here.

How to Get the Black Suit in Spider Man 3 Video Game Step 3: Restart your game.
Once you're awarded the black suit, begin a new game to use the black outfit. The black outfit works in both in "Main Story" mode and in "Arena" mode. You can replay the entire game again, with this new found speed for an extra challenge, however, if you finish the game again, you are not rewarded with any additional prizes. You'll notice that your Spider Man character runs much faster and climbs quicker. Getting used to controlling him at this new speed may take a lot of practice.

Great directions. We have a Wii but had to be put up cause of a nagging 4 year old. We would probably enjoy this game.

I shouldn't even read articles on tips about computer games. I already have a stack of five games I haven't even had time to open yet, let alone play LOL.
