Official site to download the software:
http://www.bluetack.co.uk/
Step 1: Install Blocklist Manager
Simply click on the executable file that you downloaded from the official site.
Click "Yes", the main window will open.
Double-click Next and choose your installation directory
To make it simple I advise you to do a "Full Installation"
Then double click on Next.
Now click Install.
Leave the last box checked in order to run the software.
Step 2: Configuring Block List Manager
Block List Manager will now launch. You must now se the order in which our lists are compiled and to update the "ipfilter.p2p" of Protowall.
To start, click "Sources" in the upper left of your screen to update the various lists containing the IP ranges.
Then go to the Tools Menu> Options> Sources and select lists of IPs as you want.
Now we are going to indicate the path where the ipfilter.p2p file is installed.
Stay in the same window and go to the tab "Call Locations." Select the "Protowall" and go looking for the file "ipfilter.p2p" in the directory "C: \ Program Files \ Dudez \ ProtoWall \ ipfilter.p2p" then click Open, then Apply and OK.
Now we must update the list of IPs that has been previously chosen. To do this click on File> Process blacklists
It will now be in the process of updating, this may take some time depending on the size of the lists selected.
Once completed, the window will close.
Then save it all to Protowall. To do this go to Export> IP Blockers> To Protowall.
Click Yes.
It will now be in the process of exporting to the file "ipfilter.p2p." Once completed you must restart the software.
It is also possible to configure certain exclusions to the blocklist.
To do this, go to File> Exclusions Manager.
If you want to import a list of blocked IPs that you created in a text file or retrieved from the Web, click on "Import List" in the main window and then specify the path or URL where your file .txt is located.
And that's it! You are now blocking any virus or bad IP ranges which may try to spy on your internet connection! This is especially useful in blocking RIAA or MPAA IP ranges.
