How the Body Metabolizes Fat Cells

Kay Pierre
You can look at fat as money deposited in the bank and your goal is to get rid of fat; it's like getting rid of money from your account. How do you get rid of money from your account? You can withdraw it, transfer it, spend it using your debit card, write a check and make online payments. When it comes to losing fat you can workout to burn it, drink formula to burn it, not put any more fats in and eat less so your body can use the remainder of the fat for energy. Weight is like money in a bank account, you won't be able to get rid of it unless you use it or withdraw it in some ways.

Your body burns fat by using it for energy because that's the only method to burn fat. Any physical activity that will make you burn fat will help a lot. You can expect to burn fat when you work out every single day at a vigorous rate. Fat is stubborn and doesn't go away unless you really punish it. Yes, it's hard work and therefore if you don't want this hard work just watch what you eat and don't eat fatty food. It's that simple. You can stay away from McDonald's and Jack in the Box. Fatty foods are fries, hamburgers, fried food, red meat and oily and processed foods. You can cut all of these from your menu and you will do yourself a big favor.

If you eat when you're not hungry, you will have excess of foods stored away as glycogen for later use. This is how fat is stored; when you have too much food that is not needed. Most people eat just for the sake of eating but there's still lots of food left over in their stomach for energy uses and so whatever they eat will turn into fat and be stored for later. It'll be stored and not be metabolized because your body is busy metabolizing the meals from yesterday. It takes a lot of energy for our body to digest and metabolize food and that's how people gain weight because their metabolism is very slow or working overtime. Most people's metabolism is working overtime without pay. Things to help out your metabolism include not eating when you're not hungry, eating small meals, chopping everything into small pieces, grinding it very well with your teeth, eating more liquid food than solid food, and not eating in the night time. Our body works very hard to digest a solid meal. It takes a long time and lots of energy to digest a solid meal; therefore you can raise your metabolism by grinding all the food out so that once it gets into your stomach, it's in a very processed state so that your stomach doesn't have to work extra hard to metabolize it. You can try to eat more liquid food than solid and this will help you out a lot when it comes to raising your metabolism. Eating liquid food will give your body a rest because it won't need to take the time and energy to process it.
