How to Do Boho Make Up

Boho (bohemian) make up is always a popular choice, it requires minimum effort, but achieves a natural, beautiful look.

The boho look is all about looking natural, and looking as if you've been out all night, but you still look fresh as the daises in your hair.

Skin.

Skip the foundation, I know, what a relief! Simply apply concealer and blend where necessary.

Cheeks.

Your cheeks should look as if you've been in the sun all day, but make sure they look natural!

Use a cream blusher with bronze tones in it, apply to the apples of your cheeks and bland.

Lips.

Lips should look as natural as the rest of your face, make sure you gently exfoliate lips with a soft bristled toothbrush covered in lip balm.

Then either apply a matte lipstick in a neutral very soft beige colour or one in a similar colour to your lips.

Or apply a clear lip gloss, make sure you don't apply too much, remember they key is to look like you've got no make up on at all.

Eyes

Avoid black lengthening mascaras, these are too much for a boho look. Stick to brown and softer shades and apply to the tips of your eyelashes only.

Use natural cream eyeshadows, but only take them as far as the top of our eyelid, not your browbone.Stick to two colours of eyeshadow at the most, shades like beige (with a very gentle shimmer) brown, green and purple (but only very lightly applied) look fantastic.
