How to Make Your Breasts Look Bigger

Everyone needs a pick me up every once in while. Sometimes, that pick me up happens to be on your chest. There's no magic formula that will make your breasts look bigger; no pills or creams that will increase your bra size. However, short of plastic surgery, there are some surprising ways to fake it. If you're looking to give you bust a little bit of an upgrade, bear some of these tips in mind. They might sound a little crazy, but you can't argue with results.

1. Exercise to make them perkier

It's true that a lot of women leave exercises like push-ups and pull-ups out of their exercise routines. Why? Simply put, most of us see these exercises as "masculine" and a shortcut to bulky arms. But they're also a great way to give your boobs a higher foundation to sit on. Push-ups and pull-ups are a great way to work your pectoral muscles, which your breasts sit on top of. These exercises will you're your breasts look perkier. There's no better way to help liven up your chest than giving them a lift. Push-ups aren't just for the boys anymore.

2. Chicken cutlets

No, not the food. If you've never heard of chicken cutlets before, allow me to explain. Chicken cutlets are silicone gel padded inserts that sit under your breasts in your bra. What do these do? They make your boobs look awesome, is what they do! But really, they give the illusion of bigger, fuller breasts. And, because of their texture and shape, they look incredibly realistic!

3. More than one bra
