How to Browse Multiple Airline Prices at the Same Time

If you want the best price on airline tickets and want to know you are seeing the maximum number of flights on a given date, you need to see different airline prices and schedules side by side. Online travel booking websites give you the ability to compare prices and departure times of multiple airlines with one search based on your destination and schedule.

Select an online travel booking service. Examples are provided in at the end of this article.

Locate and click on "Flights" or "Plane Bookings." Select whether the flight is round trip or one way.

Enter your departure city and destination city. Enter your departure date and your return flight date using the MM/DD/YYYY format. Enter a specific time of day, if you wish, and choose the number of passengers.

Click on "Find Flights" or "Search" and wait for the results. The results will list flight times, dates, prices and airlines.

For wider search results, do not specify a specific time for the flights.
Look for the option to select a price range on the search options to tailor results to your budget.
