How to Make Bubba's Mini-Monster Cookies

Betty Crocker Inspired, Bubba Enhanced, and Decadent

Bubba
I just made a batch of cookies that is quick and easy yet robust in flavor. I call 'em mini-monster cookies since Betty Crocker's recipe that I've adapted was the Monster Cookies. Betty also suggest using a 1/4 cup of dough 3" apart on the cookie sheet. That does make a monster cookie. I have enhanced the recipe and cut it back to 2 Tablespoons of dough 2" apart. It made over 4 doz cookies... Y'all can share with several friends and still have a treat for yourself. Y'all roll up your sleeves, Take off your rings, wash your hands and let's get baking...

Bubba's Mini-Monster Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Pouch Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix

1 Pouch Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix

1 ¾ cups quick oatmeal (your favorite brand)

1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon ground Nutmeg

½+ cup Honey (use your favorite)

1 Cup butter flavored Crisco (generic OK)

4 Large Eggs slightly whipped

1 14oz package dark chocolate plain M&M candies

1+ Cup California Raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Cream Crisco, Honey, and eggs. Mix in all ingredients except candy till soft dough forms. Fold in candy. On an UN-greased cookie sheet place 2 Tablespoons of dough about 2 " apart. Bake 10-12 minuets. Allow to cool 10 min. in pan before removing. Finish cooling on counter before placing in cookie jar. Quality control sampling is OK at this time.

Notes:

This cookie is a bit habit forming so beware. It also attracts cookie monsters from far away. I was pulling the second cookie sheet from the oven when the door bell rang. Two of my grandchildren wanted to be sure my rows of cooling cookies were even. "You can't have uneven rows Grandpa!" I honestly believe my grandchildren can smell cookies baking in my oven from 5 miles way. Even with the windows closed and the Air Conditioner running.

OK the recipe is now yours. Betty Crocker did inspire this concoction so between her and God's blessings we have a delightful recipe to share. Y'all make 'em today and don't forget to share... Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your friends! Life is too short and friends are too few!... Y'all join me in celebrating the Divine Blessings of this day... Mizpah ;-}}>
