One of the main body parts that men love to focus on is their chest. Many of them have huge problems with trying to build this area. The reason being is because that don't know the right exercises or the right area to focus on when trying to gain massive Pecs. In this article, I'm going to explain the process on needs to take when trying to build a massive chest. Lets begin.

Always Use Different Angles

Most people know only know one common exercise when trying to build their chest. That move is the flat bench press. What you need to recognize is that pectorals are made up of higher, lower and middle pectorals. When you do only flat bench presses you are only working middle pectorals. What you want to do is switch up the angles on your bench. When ever I start an exercise, I always start off with the incline. Incline bench presses work the top half of your Pecs. I will usually do at least three sets of this one exercise. After the inclined, I will go to the middle and work the middle of my chest,. After this I put the angle lower and work the lower half of my chest. For each exercise I do at least three sets at each angle. Using different angles will give you a fuller and a rounder chest.

Use various workouts

You always want to switch up the exercise you use for your chest. When you do the same workout, your body begins to adapt, so what you want to do is to switch up your routine. For example lets say your first chest workout for the week you did three exercises all using barbells. Now what you would want to do for the next weeks work out routine is to use dumbbells. You want to use every exercise that you can imagine to focus on your chest. Free weights, machines, dumbbells, barbells, anything you can use. Always use a different workout at least every two weeks.

Lift Heavy

You want to try to always lift as heavy as you can if you want to build a massive chest. When you lift heavy, it builds mass in your Pecs. This is one of the biggest mistakes I see most people make when working out. Don't be afraid to lift heavy. Make it a goal to go heavier than you did the week before. Only strong heavy resistance will build your chest up. Here is what you should do. Ever time you lift, you should try to add 10lbs a week to what you are already lifting. If you find that the weight is to heavy, go to a weight that is moderate but is not light and as you lift week by week, then add pounds as you go.

There you have it. Your simple guide to building a huge chest. Follow these tips and you will see explosive growth in up in this area
