How to Build a Muscular Body for People That Have 9-5 Jobs

Most of us envy those models we see on TV that have lean and muscular bodies, and we keep giving ourself excuses that they have more time on their hands for them to workout all day long. This has some truth in it but there are actually people with jobs that have great bodies too.

Have you ever wondered how they do it? Well, all you need to have is some persistence and some commitment, and reading this article. Your 9-5 job is already very tiring, so where can you find the additional energy to workout in the gym?

Well, this might sound counter-intuitive but working out actually makes you more efficient and active at work. Think about the pay rise you will get by getting more work done and giving better presentations in meetings.

So right now, you have to decide when is your workout time. If you're the type that can wake up very early in the morning, you might want to head to the gym in the morning. If you're a little slow at warming up your body, go during lunch hour. You can have your post-workout meal on the way back to the office.

If you feel more energized when working out in large crowds, go the gym after work when there's the most people around. If you hate to wait for people that's hogging your machine, you might want to exercise in the late evening, after your dinner.

No matter what time you choose to have your workout, you always have to do proper planning on what body parts you're targeting for the next workout. And always have your gym bag packed properly before you leave the house for work.

Now, you may say that you don't have enough time to complete your session if you exercise in the morning or during lunch hour. Well, workouts are best done in under an hour while your testosterone levels are high. Planning and executing workouts in under an hour will ensure that you're doing them with high intensity and quality.

The next essential thing in building a better body is definitely your nutrition. You're exhausted for the day and would hate to stand in the kitchen, cooking your meals right? So, why not prepare your meals in a large quantity on weekends, then freeze them.

Organize them into separate bags for separate days, leave them to thaw when you're heading to work in the morning. By the time you reach home, just heat them up in the microwave oven and you're ready to enjoy your healthy meal.

Like I said, you need to be persistent and committed to build a muscular body, but it can be done even when you have a busy day job.
