Realtimer
1. Open the location of the picture or movie you want to capture, say on the 'My Picture' or 'My Video' folder (through 'Start' go to 'My Pictures' or 'My Document' then 'My Videos') and double click to view/play a specific sample picture or movie. With pictures like JPEG, TIF, GIF and the like, it is best viewed on the 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer'. To do this you are to right click on the selected picture, click on 'Open With' and then select 'Windows Picture and fax viewer'. For videos like MPEGAV, AVSEQ, MP4 and similar video file types recognized by Windows you can use the 'Windows Media Player', DVD Player or any other Video player supported by Windows Operating System.

2. To get exactly the size and the actual picture frame without being cut or disturbed, you have to view the picture in full mode/ screen. For the picture you are to press the F11 key when you preview it with the 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer' or you click on 'Start Slide Show' located almost at the footer of the 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer'. For the movie/video, play the movie and then press 'ALT + ENTER' for full screen. Else right click on the video and then click on full screen OR from the view's menu options, click on 'Full Screen'. This will enable you have a full screen for your movie capture.

3. The next thing to do is to capture the picture or the movies with this powerful button, the Print Screen located above the insert key on the keyboard. This key when pressed captures the entire image displayed on the current screen of your computer. In other way round, we can say, it holds or copies picture capture into the clipboard for pasting. In this case, noting seems to be impossible to copy even a fast moving image.

4. Minimize the window of the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer or the Media Player for videos or even for audio visualization or press the general control key WIN + D (Minimize window(s)).

5. Open any photo editing software program like CorelDraw or Corel R.A.V.E, Photo Paint or PhotoShop, or even you can use the easiest of them all which is the Windows Paint located on the All Programs Accessories from the Start Button.

6. On the blank window for the Windows Paint Program, click on the Edit Menu and then select the option 'Paste'. Else you use the keyboard command 'CTRL + V' which is still the same. This will automatically get the exact picture size from the location where you have captured it.

7. Step 7 is optional. If there is need for you to select a particular area in the picture, use the select object tool (it is rectangular in shape) usually found at the left pane of the Windows Paint window. Click with the select object tool and drag to select the specific area you want for your new picture. It is not yet over until you copy (Click on Edit and then Copy OR CTRL + C), click on File New to open a new blank window to paste (Click on Edit and then Paste OR CTRL +V) the newly selected picture.

8. To save your captured image (Picture OR from Movie/Video), just click on the File Menu and then Click on 'Save'. Here, select the Location say 'My Picture' and then give a name to your picture say 'Captured Image' and then click 'Save' to finish saving.
