How to Care for Skin Naturally

Would it not be great to do something wonderful for your skin and save money at the same time? Well, following are a few different ways to use items from your kitchen to care for your skin naturally, at the same time save some money.

• An important thing to do for your skin is avoid excess sugar going into your body. The studies show that it causes premature aging, and it damages collagen in your skin. It can also open your body up to other health issues that will damage your skin over time.

• Use milk on your skin it will smooth. It has some of the same properties that Alpha Hydroxy Acid has for your skin.

• Make a scrub using oatmeal, almonds and honey mixed well together and spread onto your face. This is an easy to make and gentle enough to use every day no matter what your skin type is.

• When you feel tired and your eyes are looking it, take cut cucumber slices and place on your eyes. Sit back and relax for awhile. To help dark circles under the eyes use used tea bags. Once, the tea bags are cooled a little, sit back drink the tea and put the tea bags on your eyes.

• If sun burn is a common skin problem for you, apply some yogurt to cool down your burn and soothe the irritation from the burn.

• The next time you brew a pot of coffee don't throw away the coffee grounds. Use them to smooth away troubled cellulite spots in the shower. The coffee will stimulate and break down fat deposits with you vigorous rubbing action.
