Not just a pretty face, the WWE Diva provides ringside managerial services to the wrestlers, she provides a spark of sexual appeal to the ring, and in many pay-per-view events, the matches between the divas are...of the more interesting variety. So, you want to be a Diva? First things first, you need to invent a character. The more flamboyant, naughty, and sexy you appear, the bigger your chances are at getting cast. Behind your facade, you should also have some training in gymnastics, martial arts, and possibly modeling. Fitness counts, as does the ability to take a fall without smudging your lipstick. Sex sells, decide if you have it in you to be a good girl, or the ever-popular naughty girl.

One way that WWE finds its Divas is through the Diva Search. Here you are competing with hundreds of other women for a $250,000 contract and the chance to be the next ringside attraction. One important part of the competition is creative costumes. Some of the ones that have worked in the past have been a cross between a stripper and a dominatrix. By far, the best way to get the attention of the WWE casting directors is to get out there and find yourself an agent. Head shots, body shots, a biography, and past acting experience can help you get in the door. Beware, not all agents are industry experts, or even connected to anything besides porn producers and strip clubs. Research the talent agency thoroughly before trusting them with your career.

The most important thing to remember, is always, always be prepared for rejection. This does not mean that three months down the road with a little more experience under your belt, a few more workouts, a deeper tan, saucier wink, or sexier costume, you might find yourself representing the sexier side of the WWE at ringside.
