You find unusual charges on your wife's credit card statement that don't make any sense. Also, suddenly money becomes an issue between the two of you. She always criticizes you for one or more reasons.

If you notice that your wife stops sharing her feelings with you and ensures her privacy at all times. Also, she locks her computer with a password, deletes all the call records and even purchases a new cell phone which you are not aware of, all these are signs of a cheating wife.

If your wife spends more time with her new friends and when you inquire about it she answers that they are just friends and nothing more even if they are meeting again and again. That is a pretty good sign of a cheating wife.
