How to Catch Night Crawlers for Fishing & Selling

1. Flashlight
" One thing I would recommend is using a flashlight that does not have a bright light to it maybe add some plastic red cover to it to dim the light. "

Instructions: Night Crawlers are best found at night time & usually when the ground is damp or after a rain storm. What you need to do is carefully walk thru a dark yard with a flashlight aimed at the ground. You will look for any Night Crawlers laying out on the damp grass or dirt. Once you find one bend down towards it very slowly & grab at it quick. Do not try to pull quickly very softly & gently pull the night crawler from the ground. Occasionally you will accidently pull one in half just take your time & patience & you should have a good percentage of night crawlers alive.

Storage: Make sure you always store your night crawlers in damp soil with ripped up news paper in a fridge or somewhere very cold. This helps preserve the night crawlers life. You can even use an ice chest with ice in it.

Selling Night Crawlers: Put an ad in your local classifieds paper. Or you can visit your local bait shop they usually purchase worms or you can even try selling it to local fisherman. Another great way is to just add a sign outside of your house saying Night Crawlers sold here! There is many way's to sell them just explorer which ways work the best for you.

Names: Night Crawlers are basically regular Worms, Red Worms, and Canadian Crawlers, there are countless names for them & usually they differ from the type of worm they actually are. They basically all used for fishing. And can be found the same way.

Uses: Night Crawlers are great for really any kind of fishing you are trying to do such as Bass, & Cat Fishing. They are probably the most used bait on the market aside from Minnows & Shad Baits.

Side Note: I am not exactly for sure if you can find Night Crawlers everywhere. But I do know almost all of the United States have them & many countries. You can always do a search on your favorite search engine to find out if they can actually be found your Country or State.
