Sabrina Favoriti
The World Health Organization is part of the United Nations and acts as an authoritative agency regarding public health and the agency's mission statement is "the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health" and for better health the World Health Organization confirmed May 31st the World No Tobacco Day, and the first event was celebrated in 1987.

Educate yourself and your family about all the aspects of smoking and chewing tobacco.

If you are able to do it organize speeches to schools or communities about the danger of smoking.

If you smoke, do not light a cigarette or chew tobacco on this day, instead try to distract yourself with other things such as walking, exercising, talking with friends or even going to the movies.

Participate in different community events like parades or anything else that your community offers on that day.

Organize a BBQ where there will be no smoking.
