1 cup of chamomile tea
1 cup of brown sugar
1 banana
2 cups of flour
1.5 cup of baking soda
1.5 teaspoon of lemon juices
1/2 cup of honey
How to make chamomile tea sandwiches?
1) Brew 1 cup of chamomile tea. Preheat the oven to 340 F. Butter the loaf pan.
2) Pour the chamomile tea into a small bowl. Add the sugar first. Stir well. Then add the honey. Continue to stir until the sugar and the honey are completely dissolved.
3) Add the flour and the baking soda in another bowl. Pour the tea mixture from step 2 into the bowl. Stir the mixture well until the texture is smooth. Pour the batter into the pan in step 1.
4) The baking time is about 40 -50 minutes. But you should check regularly. Stick a knife or a toothpick into the bread; if the knife comes out clean, the bread is ready.
5) Take out the bread and let it cool. Cut it into small slices.
6) In another bowl, smash the banana, then add 1.5 teaspoon of lemon juices. Use this mix as the content of the sandwiches. Cut the sandwiches into small triangles and decorate them on fine china plates. Add several raspberries around for presentation.
Note : If you don't like chamomile tea, you can change into any kind of tea you want. But be careful, if the tea is bitter, add more sugar or honey to taste. The thing with banana, you can choose any fruit you want.
But before making tons of sandwiches for the party, try out the combination of tea and fruit for you to see if it tastes good. If you don't have time to make the bread, you can buy the bread from the store. But then it's not going to be a chamomile (or any tea) bread.
Enjoy,
