Open your organizer and let it load. The tricky part is getting to the front cover. I think that is why I didn't know it was there and I stumbled across it by accident. Click on your calendar tab. If that is not your first tab, then click on your first tab. That will get you close to the front cover and you won't have to flip through every page.
Take your mouse and place it on the left side of your organizer. Move it over until the mouse turns into a finger pointing left. Once your mouse turns into a finger pointing left, begin clicking your mouse. Eventually you will come to the front page. After you get to the front page, you can move on to the next step.
You can use a picture for your front cover that you have saved on your computer. The picture needs to be a bitmap file. Right click on the front cover of your Lotus Organizer and select Picture from the drop down menu. A window with many options will come up. In the first box, the Side box, tick the Front field. In the Personal Details box if you tick the On field you will be able to type personal information on your front cover, like your name, birthday, etc. The next box is the Get Picture From box. To change the picture, tick the File field. Now click the browse button and locate the picture that you want to use. Once you have located your picture, click it and click the Open button.
The next box is the Position box, tick the Logo Area or the Whole Page field to select where you want to position your picture. The next box is the Sizing box. Tick the size that you want. And that is it. Click the OK button to apply your settings.
If you chose to turn your personal settings on, you can click inside of the white box and type what you want in that box. You will need to save the changes that you have made to your organizer. Click File > Save at the top of your window to save the changes.
