How to Change the Look of Your Lotus Organizer

Did you know that you can change the look of your Lotus Organizer? I love this organizer. It is just like the organizers that you buy out the store. The one thing that I didn't like about the organizer was the way it looked. The look of the organizer drove me crazy. So I started messing around with it and found that you can change the total look of the Lotus Organizer. In this guide I will show you how to change the look of your organizer.

The first thing I will show you is how to change the background of the organizer. Go ahead and open your organizer. Right click on the background of your organizer. Click Customize from the drop down menu. The Customize box will pop up. You will see three tabs at the top of that box. Click the Book tab. This is where you will change the background of the organizer. In the Binder box you will see Texture and Color. If you want to apply a solid color to the background, tick the color field. If you want to apply a texture background, tick the texture field. If you chose the texture field, you can drop the box down and select the texture that you want for the background. That is how you change the background of your organizer.

Leave that window open. You will also change the look of your calendar in this section. The Date Navigator is the background color of the small calendar on the left side. Drop that box down to choose the color of the calendar background. The Pocket Text changes the color of the text on the left side. Drop the box down and select the color that you want.

Now we will move down to the Day Headings box. This is where you change the colors of your day calendar. Choose the colors that you want by dropping each box down and clicking the color.

Click the Fonts tab at the top of your window to change the size of your font. You can make the font default, medium, or large. Tick the field of your choice.

You can also change the colors of the sections in your Lotus organizer. Click the Sections tab in the Customize box. Click on the section that you want to change and change the colors to what you want. Click each section to change the colors of each section. You can also change the size of the tabs in the tab section.

Once you have everything the way that you want it, click the OK button. That's how you change the look of your organizer. This organizer is packed full of useful tools.
