How to Change Your Thoughts and Change Your Life

Our thoughts are more powerfully than we can imagine. Unfortunately many of us do not know how to control our thoughts and use it in a positive way. We all know how our thoughts can make us sick when we are worried about something or get angry at someone. Our thoughts can also help us recovery from a sickness and obtain what we want in life. Below I have outlined some tips that can help you control and use your thoughts in a positive way.

Tip#1
Everything in the universe is created from energy. We are all composed of energy (chakras system) and our energy field can either strengthen or weaken our physical body. Our mood can greatly help or hinder our well being.

Tip#2
Our minds are always busy with thousands of thoughts a day. Most of these thoughts are just mind chatter that hinders our well being. Shut off your mind chatter and live in the present moment. The present moment is all we have and thinking about future events serves no purpose except maybe to worry and get you sick. How many times did you worry about future events that never materialized; was it all worth it?

Tip#3
We can quiet our mind through meditation. Meditation can be done anywhere. Take a moment out of your busy day and take a few deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, hold your breath to the count of 5 and exhale out of your mouth. Focus your mind on your breaths. Because our mind can only think of one thought at a time, this will help you clear your mind. Repeat this process for 5 minutes or longer if possible.

Tip#4
Gratitude- every new day when you wake up take a minute and give thanks for everything you have in life. Give thanks for another day that you're alive and all the good things in life. Just remember there are people in this world that have a more difficult life than you.

Tip#6
Our thoughts are like radio waves. Whenever we think, our thoughts are emitted out into the universe and the universe emits back energy similar in nature to what we put out. This is known as the law of attraction. Whatever we put out we get back. We can only harm our self with negative thoughts.

Tip#7
Love is the highest vibrational frequency in the universe. There is no greater power in the universe than the power of love. If you could wrap every thought in love and if could love everyone and everything, your life would be transformed!
