Everyone has a different body type. Your personal body type does not just affect what you look like, but also affects your inner biological systems (Hansen, John. Natural Bodybuilding. Human Kinetics, 2005. Page 100). For example, endomorphs are individuals with larger, bulkier bodies. But they also have slower digestive systems than ectomorphs, which are skinnier individuals with higher metabolisms (source). Therefore, it is crucial to choose the right type of fitness regiment that is appropriate for your body type if you wish to maximize your weight loss and fitness potential.

In this exercise and fitness guide, I will show you three simple ways to increase your fitness potential by choosing the right exercises for your personal body type.

How to Choose the Right Exercise for Your Body Type:

Physical activities are any form of movement by the body with the purpose primarily of exercising. These activities may include planned activity such as walking, running, or any sports. This can also pertain to other daily actions such as household chores, or walking the dog, etc. Everyone has their own favorite physical activity to do. But how certain are we that we are choosing the right physical activity or activities for us? What are the bases for choosing these physical activities?

It is recommended that adults get at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day, compared to children with at least 60 minutes. This is one way to maintain good health and proper functioning of your body's system. Some physical activities helps improve flexibility, muscle strength and increase endurance. Brisk walking, jogging, bicycling, and dancing are good examples of physical activities that increase your endurance.

When choosing a physical activity. You have to take note of these following guidelines.

1. How far can my intensity go at this kind of physical activity? If you are not into sports or heavy exercise then do not go into heavy physical activities as well. Perform moderate activities like the usual jogging, aerobics, playing badminton. Those ways you will not be easily go tired, less stressful for you part and you can be physically fit also.

2. Opt for some physical activity that is best for you. You may not be aware of it but some activities are just best for your health. Consult a doctor and ask him what physical activities are good for you. Or not search the web for some advices on choosing your physical activity.

3. Choose activity of your interest. You may want to go swimming with your pals for the weekend or play volleyball with your family. Physical Activities are best played with your loved ones.

Physical Activities, though the same purpose of fitness programs does not strictly require you to join anything because simply walking 3 miles along your village is considered a physical activity. Once in a while you have to exercise your body for the proper functioning of your system and be physically fit as well. For the beginners who are interested in a certain physical activity, just choose activities that your body can carry out or you could practice harder so in the future you can be capable of doing your dreamed physical activity.
