Cleaning Classic Crocs Shoes
Clean classic Crocs with soap and water. Fill a sink with cold water and add a few drops of mild dish detergent or laundry detergent. Use a soft-bristle scrub brush to remove dirt. Rub the top, sides and bottom of the shoes with the brush in a circular motion to remove dirt in crevices. Rinse the shoes in cold water.
Sanitize classic Crocs with bleach. Add cold water to a 5 gallon bucket of water. Measure 10 parts water to 1 part chlorine bleach. Mix enough of the solution to fully submerge the shoes. Allow the Crocs to soak in the sanitizer for at least 10 minutes. Rinse the shoes in cold water, then towel dry.
Cleaning Metallic, Napa and Patent Leather Crocs Shoes
Wash metallic, Napa and patent leather Crocs with a damp rag. Use cold water. A soft rubber sponge can also be use to wipe away dirt. Do not use detergents or other soaps. Apply leather creams or spray protectants in a circular motion with a cotton brush to restore shine and water-repellent properties.
Cleaning Suede or Lambs Wool Crocs Shoes
Use a damp cotton cloth on suede or lambs wool Crocs. Wipe down the smooth upper surfaces of the shoes with cold water. A soft wire brush can be used to remove larger pieces of dirt from the soles. Spray the lambs wool or suede areas with a water repellent impregnation spray.
Cleaning Crocs Shoes Accessories
Wash accessories on all Crocs shoes with water. Use cool water on a cotton cloth to remove dirt from elastic straps, rivets, buttons and snaps. Use a gentle rubbing motion, then dry with a soft cotton cloth.
Tips:
After washing your classic Crocs, you can bring the shoes back to their original luster with Crocsbutter shoe polish.
Keep all types of Crocs shoes away from heat and sun. The shoes can shrink or warp if they are stored on a sunny porch or rinsed on a hot water-cycle in the dishwasher.
