Sexual Position
Having intercourse in the missionary position allows the sperm to be near the vaginal entrance. This area is more acidic and the acidity will eliminate the male sperm, leaving the female sperm to fertilize the egg.

Avoid an Orgasm
Having an orgasm causes a more alkaline environment for the sperm, which is favorable for male sperm. Avoiding an orgasm keeps the vaginal environment acidic which kills the male sperm.

Avoid Sex During Ovulation
Since the male sperm travel so much faster than female sperm, you need to avoid sex on ovulation day so that the male sperm don't beat your female sperm to the egg. By having sex a few days prior to ovulation, you will ensure that the male sperm are dead by the time of the egg's release, yet if you have sex again on the day of ovulation, the new male sperm will win out.

Eat Acidic Foods
Many people swear by an acidic diet for helping increase the acidity in the vaginal environment, thus killing the male sperm and giving an advantage to the female sperm. Some examples of acidic foods are citrus fruits, tomatoes, and cranberries.

PGD
