How to Be Confident like Megan Fox

Chrisdavy
Megan Fox is a firecracker, for sure. Her interviews, fashion sense, and attitude all exude confidence. She doesn't care what anyone thinks of her. With so many vices and devices geared to knock women down, it's about time someone wrote an article on how to empower women. So here it is. Kisses!

Things You'll Need:

  • Fine literature
  • Gym membership
  • Couple bucks to go shopping

READ. True confidence starts from the inside, and the best way to overcome your fears and shortcomings is to know how others have overcome them as well. I enjoy fiction, actually, because the experiences in there are not as limited to one experience or time frame like biographies. If you haven't read The Devil Wears Prada, read it. I also love Ayn Rand, because the women in her novels are absolutely riveting. My favorite is The Fountainhead. The main character is a man, but the female lead Dominique would make any woman proud.

GET IN SHAPE. Confidence works from the inside out. Now that your mind is right, you have to get your body in shape, too. Check some of the articles below for ideas. Gym memberships are great because it's well known that simply having other people around increases your performance. They don't even have to be directly competing with you; just so long as they are there. Don't kid yourself with the messages that obese is ok. Beautiful women are beautiful inside and out.

GO SHOPPING. With a new mind and new body must come new clothes. The clothes are the first thing people see when you go out (and hopefully, with your newfound confidence, you'll find some men that won't have to see them TOO much, wink wink). Reward yourself for your new attitude. New shoes are essential. You know a brand that nobody talks about but is absolutely incredible? Clarks. They have an online store and also a store on the 3rd Street Promenade in Los Angeles. Incredible. And get a good, tight pair of Seven for all Mankind jeans when you're ready. Hawt!!

AC's licentious, guilty pleasure. What can I say? I write about sex and money. You know, the important stuff. Giggle. (But I do it so well!) Fashion, too. LOL  View profile
