How to Contact Straight Talk Customer Service

I recently purchased a Straight Talk cell phone after being lured in by their $45 for unlimited everything plan. It was the cheapest plan I could find and was too good of a deal to pass up. The phone worked perfectly the first month and I had absolutely no complaints. I purchased a new service card for another month of service and refilled my phone the night that my service plan expired. The next morning when I tried to make a call, I got a message saying that I didn't have enough time for the call even though I'd just refilled the phone the night before.

I figured it would only take a quick call to the Straight Talk customer service line to get the problem fixed. Little did I know that I was in for a day-long headache. I stayed on hold for over 3 hours listening to an endless loop of a recorded voice telling me that my call was important and someone would be with me in just a moment. I finally realized that I was never going to get through to customer service and reluctantly hung up the phone.

Next, I hopped online and for the next 4 hours chased down lead after lead trying to track down a way to get in touch with Straight Talk customer service. I emailed a Straight Talk customer service rep who had given his email address on Twitter. I posted on the Straight Talk Facebook page and chatted with other Straight Talk customers who were having similar problems and were just as frustrated as I was. Every time one of us found another tidbit of information relating to Straight Talk we would post it, but seemed to come up with nothing but dead ends.

Finally, someone posted the customer service phone number for TracFone, which is the company that owns Straight Talk. Within minutes, I had a customer service rep on the line and 10 minutes after that my phone was up and running again. As soon as people started posting their success with using the TracFone customer service line, others began to find help for their own phone issues as well.

I'm sure this won't be the last time that a customer has an issue with their Straight Talk phone. But next time, I will definitely be more prepared. If you are reading this article, chances are that you are currently having an issue with your Straight Talk phone as well. So here is all the contact information that I and other Straight Talk customers were able to dig up online. Hopefully these numbers will save you hours of time and keep you from losing your sanity.

    I 'VE HAD COUPLE "DROPPED CALLS" AND THEN I RAN OUT OF MINUTES ,SO I BOUGHT A NEW CARD, THEN THE NEXT WEEK THEY SAID I NO MONEY ON IT , I CALLED THE SUPERVISOR ,HE WAS A JERK, NOW I AM WITH ANOTHER NETWORK. STRAIGHT TALK. SUCKS

    I have had enough of this crap! I have been with straight talk for a long time 1 1/2 yrs I think if not longer. No big issues untill i bought a new phone to upgrade.. Well I geuss straight talk is based in the middle east NOT A ONE OF THEM CAN TALK it 's like hello my name is Peggy! All i want is to have my new phone switched over! please whats so freaking hard about this? I am gonna contact the BBB on this and get some answers what a bunch of dumb sh**heads!

    I ordered a phone online from straight talk after my sister had recommended them. It was supposed to be free overnight delivery but instead it took me 4 days to get my phone. After recieving my phone it didn't work so I called them and they said they would send me a box out overnight. Well as you can guess it didn't come so after numerous calls to them and them telling me that the person I toalked to had been wrong it would take 4-5 buisness days I was very mad. I called back after 5 days and they said it was shipped that day and would recieve it the next day. I thought this was funny after being told it would not be shipped overnight. Well I got the box the following day and they told me that I would ship it back to them and they would ship me a new phone overnight. Well I tracked the phone by fedex and they recieved it and now having waited another 2 days I try to call them and I can not get an answer. SO BEWARE if you order from them because you could be in for a long ride!!

    I have a college degree and certainly understand the ENGLISH LANGUAGE, but booklet of instructions given with the straight talk phones do not give precise instructions on programing the phone adequately. I cannot list or input phone numbers in the phones' memory. I can enter one number , but when trying to enter another oone ,I cannot do it. I've tried several methods , to no avail. When trying to reach customer service I 've gotton the same stupid answers that most other callers have gotten, "call back at another time." B S !!!

    You can always call customer service but you can use there facebook page, they have representatives that answer questions and help resolve your issues on facebook which is awesome.

    I want a casio Gzone cell phone. I would like to know if I can hook strait talk service to it, without leaving the service for another service just for the phone.
