Stunts such as the Joust and the Wall are just a few of the competitions that bring the audience and the contestants to life! In order to apply you can either attend an open call audition or you can make a video and send it in. Click Here for all the details of open auditions and applications that must accompany your video.

Videos can be a MAXIMUM of FIVE (5) minutes. This is important! If you video is over the time period, it is disqualified for not following rules correctly. Videos only need to be made if you can not make it to open auditions. Video format is VHS/DVD or mini DVD.

All videos should begin with your hometown and your occupation. They are looking to get to know who you are. It is a wise idea to have someone help you with the video. Let them sort of direct and video tape you.

The most important point I can give you is to be one hundred percent original! Let the shows Producers have a glimpse at what make you unique! Stand out from the norm! Let them know why you deserve to be chosen to be on American Gladiator. What makes you the best choice for American Gladiator?

Include a tour in your video. The Producers are looking to see where you are from and a glimpse into your life. Life circumstances set people apart from the crowd. Show them what makes you tick!

Producers what to see you participating in your hobbies or activities! Since you are making a video of your strengths, you need to show off a little so they get a chance to see some of what you can do. An example would be working out at the gym or riding a motor bike. Dress to impress and let the producers see how fit you really are!

Show the Producers your town, where you live and places you enjoy visiting! Be involved in the video and take every opportunity you can to display how fit and how athletic you are.

You video must be original and can not be published anywhere! You video must be made specifically for the point of auditioning for American Gladiator. Remember, the producers receive thousands of videos and you must grab their attention if you wish to be considered for the show.

Follow directions! In order to even have your video considered, you must have all of the following included.

  1. Completed and signed application.
  2. Completed and signed Certification of Veracity.
  3. Completed and signed Waiver of Release.
  4. One separate photo of yourself.
  5. A recent resume.
  6. Your five minute video tape clearly labeled with your name, address and phone number.
Once you finish and have everything complete, you are now ready to mail your package to NBC. Keep in mind, once you sent the package off it becomes sole property of the Producers of American Gladiator and will not be returned to you. Mail the package to:
