How to Control Dandruff - Seborrheic Dermatitis

Dandruff dead cells that fall off from the scalp. Dandruff is excessive flaking which is caused by an inflammation of the scalp (dermatitis) Seborrheic. The skin of the body is completely renewed every 30 days or so. This occurs in the skin including any which is located in the head. Layers of keratinized cells that make up the scalp causing renewed. This renovation is, which leads to dandruff appears, which is the accumulation of dead skin cells that are detached from the scalp and hair are trapped in or near the root of hair.

This process is natural that it becomes a problem when the accumulation and shedding of dead cells and is much more frequently than normal, and most often accompanies itching. This occurs because the cells are derived without reaching maturity and emerge in large quantities. Even the experts do not agree on the causes of abnormal behavior. Some say it is hereditary, others say it is an imbalance of the sebaceous glands caused by a deficiency in the body of B vitamins and beta carotene.

There are two types of dry dandruff and greasy. The dry is characterized by small scales and it manifests itself at puberty. This type of dandruff is easy to treat. The scales that are greasy dandruff with more fat and of yellow color can also appear in adolescence. This is more difficult to remove and treat. Both types have a dandruff problem, as is clear dandruff falls on the clothes and is very visible on the hair. It is recommended to seek for a solution to this problem as soon as possible, because it can cause low self-esteem and other emotional problems.

For dandruff to disappear you should keep your hair clean at all times, to prevent the spread of bacteria. Do not use anti-dandruff treatment for a long time as it can irritate your scalp. Avoid rubbing or scratching the hair avoiding irritation, and spreading the infection. Take omega-3, and a daily multivitamin containing the B complex. Do not share your brush with other people. You can also use some preparations of herbal remedies such as chamomile, rosemary, and nettles. Apply to the hair with common shampoo and then remove. You can also use a few drops of tea tree shampoo and wash in a normal time, let in your hair for a few minutes with water and stir.
