I recently purchased a Mac after using PC's for all my life. I am very happy about making this wise investment because it doesn't get better than this. Mac's does not only perform better, it also works hand in hand with your Apple iPhone. In this article I will explain how to control you Mac desktop on your iPhone with RemoteTap. You can download RemoteTap in the Apple Appstore or iTunes for $4.99, which is well worth your money. This app is very useful if you use your Mac as media center. Plus it not only works with your iPhone, but it works with your iPod and iTouch.

Mac mini' s are best to use because of it's portability and size. Watching movies and listening to music on your Mac is nice, but the only thing that ruins your entertainment is when you have to get up and change the song or movie. Or what I hate is falling asleep while watching a movie and then having to get up to lower the volume or shut down my computer. You can also use RemoteTap to see if any of your family members are snooping around on your computer while your not home. Whether your really lazy or really clever, Mac user's will find a reason to use RemoteTap.

It should automatically configure your "Port", if not or if you have another port in mind go ahead and manually set it yourself. Make sure you assign a password, it's better to be safe than sorry. All the other preferences are set to a default configuration, so it is best just to leave the rest alone unless you know what you are doing.
