All the above can contribute significantly to reducing stress and improving the daily quality of life. But there are other things we can do to reduce the stress which are more important. One such control is to know the issues, i.e. to control your life by not allowing more on your agenda, sometimes you have to say "No" do not attempt to do more that you can do in a day. You can also get rid of stress if your home has an atmosphere of harmony and tranquility. Keeping up to date finances helps a lot because it is a major cause of current concern. There is no time to care for general health these days, because if there is health everything is fine, but when the disease arrives everything changes.
Some of the methods used are not the most intelligent ones and can lead to more problems and stress. Drugs add nothing to the relief of stress as you spend money, is harmful to health, will cause more problems and depression when the effect is gone. The same goes for alcohol and gaming at the casino, which gives a false state of wellness, these are activities that cause very little constructive and more destructive. Avoid stressful situations and practice the following tips to reduce or eliminate the daily stress.
- Have a positive mental attitude.
- Practice low impact Sports.
- Listen to soothing music.
- Read an interesting motivational book.
- Hang out for a walk outdoors.
- Make crafts.
- Organize your daily activities.
- Be cautious in the use of television, radio, or mobile.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol, drugs and coffee.
- Search God and pray.
- Spend time with positive people and good friends.
- Create an environment of love and harmony in the home.
- Eliminate debts as soon as you can.
- If you can't pay your bills, its time to make more money.
