1) First and foremost it is very important that you should make a daily routine activities chart and should stick to it at any cost. You have to follow disciplines in your life like when to sleep, when to get up , when and how much to exercise ,when and how much breakfast, lunch and dinner should be included .All you have to do is make a chart containing your daily activities and follow those at your best.
2) Make your own journal which contains the data about your daily insulin dosage and other medicines you take as prescribed by your doctor. This will help you to get an overview of how much insulin you require for your body in a month, in a year in order to keep your blood glucose at acceptable levels.
3) Daily workout is also the important routine of your life which keeps your body metabolism at the best level to perform. It also helps you a lot during your day to day activities to remain fresh all the time which definitely improve your productivity. Diabetic patients should include the exercises like yoga, meditation, a little bit running but not excessive exercises should be performed and they also take the advice from their doctors before starting the exercises routines.
4) A type 1 Diabetic patient generally tends to be hot headed because of their blood sugar variations. So it is also of prime importance that they should keep calm themselves so their blood sugar level can be maintained. Daily Yoga and meditation activities will definitely helps them a lot to keep check on their temperaments. They should have a very positive attitude towards the life so that they will be more responsive to the fast control of Type 1 Diabetes disease..
5) The important thing here to mention is most of these diabetic patients are not aware or well educated about their diseases which must be changed and these people should get themselves a proper knowledge about their disease and its cure and controlling methods from their respective doctors. These patients must know everything about their disease and should have knowledge about various types of insulin and their operating methods and how to maintain a good amount of blood sugar level.
6) And last but not the least, regular testing of your blood glucose and other required tests should be performed at a regular interval in order to keep check on Type 1 diabetes which definitely helps you and your doctor to perform extra operations if required.
So in a nutshell, it is not that difficult to control the Type 1 Diabetes if you do regular exercises, follow a disciplinary diet program and do regular testing of your blood glucose level.
