Let's start off with the ingredients:
2 Pie Crusts (For Top & Bottom)
36 Ritz Crackers, Coarsely Broken
2 c. Sugar
2 c. Water
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
2 T. Lemon Juice
Margarine/Cinnamon
Place broken crackers over bottom crust. In pot bring to boil sugar, water and cream of tartar (15 minutes). Add lemon juice; cool. Then pour mixture over crackers. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with other pie crust and poke or slash over top of crust an "X". Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
