Let's start off with the ingredients:
3 Eggs
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 ½ c. Flour
1 (6-oz.) pkg. Chocolate Chips
½ c. Oil
Beat eggs, and then add sugar, a little at a time. Now add flour, baking powder, vanilla and the chips. Mix well, and then add the oil and mix again. Place into logs; should make about 4 to 6 logs. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. I usually place 2 long logs on a sheet as the spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes; slice when hot. Remove from pan and place on plate. Makes 85 medium slices ad 144 small slices.
