Sauté the Portobello's for a quick and easy side dish. Add butter to a hot pan. Sprinkle seasonings such as salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash to the mushrooms. Now sauté your mushrooms until they are done.

Broil Portobello's

Marinate mushrooms in butter, Worcheshire Sauce, salt and pepper. Now add some sautéed onions, tomatoes on top of the mushroom. Now add some shredded cheese. Cook in the oven at about 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
