How to Cook Stuffed Celery Hearts

Ingredients:

3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

Heart of celery stalks

1 ounce Roquefort cheese, at room temperature

Paprika

Cream the chesses until smooth. Put the mixture into a pastry bag with a large star tip and fill each celery rib. Cut to desired fingerlength. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve as garnish with other appetizers.
