How to Coordinate Two Halloween Costumes Together

You Can Be a Joker/Batman, Tinkerbelle/Witch, Vampire/zombie or a Pumpkin/Ballerina

Halloween is a time to have fun and be creative. Are you torn between two Halloween costumes this year? Trying to think of one Halloween costume is bad enough, but when you have two favorites; how do you choose? Be creative and put both of the costumes together as one. For instance, my one son can't decide between Batman or the Joker, so I suggested a Joker/Batman. This way he can have fun being two of his favorite characters instead of one.

How would you make a JokeBatman Halloween costume? To make your JokerBatman Halloween costume really unique and stand out first think of which parts you want to have as the joker, and what parts you want as Batman. The joker is known for his infamous face makeup so start with that idea first. Then for the hair I suggest the green joker wig, but add a black hooded sweatshirt and attach bat ears. Mix up the two costume ideas until you have all of the joker and batman in one.

Learning how to coordinate two Halloween costumes together can really make things easier for you and your child if undecided. This idea is not just for kids who are undecided about which Halloween costume to choose, it can also be great for anyone who wants to have a creative costume. For girls you can really have fun and be a ladybug/bee, angel/devil, vampire/mermaid, witchy/cat, princess/bride, vampire/zombie, Tinkerbelle/witch, devil/bride, pumpkin/ballerina, or a cat/bride. Boys are a little bit harder, but you can be a gangster/cop, Optimus prime/Mickey mouse, Batman/Zorro, Superman/Joker, police/pilot, Joker/alien, skeleton/cop, or even a Michael Jackson Joker Halloween costume would be really cool.

If your child loves this idea, these costumes can be made at home. Start looking at thrift shops, around your home, or at a Dollar store for some of the items. With Halloween being so popular there are actually costumes called reversible Halloween costumes. Reversible costumes are totally great for anyone who wants to be more than one character, or has no patience to make one. You can find reversible Halloween costume ideas at Spirithalloween.com, and other online retailers by putting reversible Halloween costumes into the Google search box.

One easy trick to gaining more Halloween candy is to have two Halloween costumes. If people see you have 2 costumes on at once they might get so amazed, and dumped all the candy into your bag.

Pattie, I haven't gone trick or treating in about 40 years, but your articles make me feel so sentimental for that time. I love this. I really want all children to have happy Halloweens.
