Video DVD to copy
Blank DVD
Step One:
Launch Nero by going to Start, All Programs, Nero, Nero OEM, Nero Express.
Step Two:
Choose "Copy Entire Disc" from the options presented.
Step Three:
Place the video DVD to be copied in the source drive. Use the drop-down menu to select the drive your video DVD is in.
Step Four:
If you have two DVD drives, place a blank DVD in the DVD burner drive and choose it as your destination drive. Otherwise choose the same drive for source and destination.
Step Five:
Click the Copy button to begin the copy process. A window will appear showing the copy progress. If you are using the same drive as both source and destination, a menu will appear asking you to place a blank disc in the drive when the program is ready.
Step Six:
Click OK to continue when the dialog box appears informing you that the copy has completed.
Step Seven:
If you wish to burn the same project again, create a cover for the newly burned disc, save the project or begin a new project click the appropriate choice. Otherwise click the Exit button.
Tips:
Use the same type of DVD (DVD+R or DVD-R) as the disc you are copying. Some hardware/software will not copy from one format to the other.
This tutorial is designed for unencrypted video DVDs. Encrypted DVDs like commercially available movie videos cannot be copied using this method and may be illegal to copy in your area.
If you receive an error while burning reduce the burn speed, check the disc to be copied for dirt/scratches and turn off any unnecessary programs while Nero is running.
