Create a Blog at Blogsome
1. Go to http://www.blogsome.com.
2. Type in name for your new blog (Image 2). The format will be yourblogname .blogsome .com (without the spaces)
3. Click "Get Your Free Blog Now."
4. The next screen will show the name of your blog as you selected it. You will also need to fill in some details:
a. Type in your email address. Copy the email using Ctrl-C or by highlighting the email address and going to File --> Edit --> Copy. Paste the email address in the next field, where it asks you to confirm the email address. Paste by clicking Ctrl-V or going to File --> Edit --> Paste.
b. Create a short and catchy title for your free blog. The title should be similar to the name you used earlier.
c. Type in the numbers provided in the box to the right. This shows Blogsome that you are human and not a bot.
d. Click in the box near "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service."
e. Click on "Get Your Free Blog Now."
f. The next screen advises that your blog has been created, and provides a link to your page. Click on it and bookmark it.
g. The same screen also provides your log in. Ignore it since you need the password in the next step.
Confirm Your Blog
1. An email will be immediately sent to the address you provided.
2. The email has the password you need to log in. Copy the password.
3. Go to the log in address in the email. Type in the user name and paste in the password.
4. Click Log In.
Secure It
The very first thing you want to do after you've logged in is to change your password from the random one that was emailed to you.
1. Go to Users.
2. Under Users, click on Your Profile (Image 3).
3. Create a new password that is at least eight characters long. To make it secure, avoid common words. Add a couple of numbers, and a capital letter, and a symbol.
4. Click on "Update Profile" to save the new password.
Design It
The second thing you want to do to your blog is change the theme. Make it yours from the very beginning. Here's how:
1. Go to Manage.
2. Click on Themes (Image 4).
3. Click on "Use this Theme." A pop up screen appears asking if you want that theme. Click yes.
4. You're done.

Sounds pretty cool! I've been looking for a better place to post a blog so I'll definitely give this one a look.
Rosa - if you like Wordpress.....you will love Blogsome :-)
great article!!! thanks!!!
Sounds like a very easy site to set up.
I am the author of over ten blogs and I personally like to use wordpress. My blogs are everywhere and some are defiantly better than others. This was a nice tutorial on how to create a blog using blogsome, I will have to check into it and see if I might want to use it.
Great article. I've been meaning to start a blog to help promote my content even more.
I like reading other people's blogs. I guess I'll set one up some day - when I decide what is most important to blog about. Thanks for the info on an easy way to do it.
I need to get into this blogging craze but someone I just can't seem to find it worthwhile. I imagine a lot of work to set one up just to promote my AC articles and then no one reading it anyway.
