• Small Pumpkins (You will need 1 or 2 for each table)
• Tea Light Candles (You will need one for each pumpkin)
• Carving Knife
• Small Metal Spoon

How to Make the Centerpieces

Ok, so now that you have all of your stuff, we can begin with making the centerpieces. What you will need to do is gather all of the pumpkins and wash them off. If you are doing this project on your table, it is probably best to put trash bags down on the table so you don't make a mess on your table. So, you will need to cut the top off of each pumpkin. Simply cut a circle in the top of it around the stem. You can throw all of the stem sections away, you won't need them.

Next you will need to scoop all of the membrane out of the pumpkins and get all of the seeds out. There shouldn't be a whole lot in these pumpkins since they are so small. Make sure that you get all of the gook and seeds out though.

Once you have the inside of all the pumpkins cleaned you can place the tea lights in them. Place one tea light in each of the pumpkins. You do not have to light them now. You can wait until your party to light them. You can go ahead and set them out on the tables if you want to.

Whenever it is time for your party, you can light each of the tea lights in the pumpkins and you will have quite a nice Halloween centerpiece for your party.
