Ingredients:
Use equal portions of butter and olive oil. One stick of butter equals 1/2 cup. If you use two sticks of butter, then you must use 1 cup of olive oil.
One stick (equals 1/2 cup) Organic Butter (salt free)
One 1/2 cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1) Allow butter to soften at room temperature.
2) Once butter is softened, place it into a small plastic or glass container (that has a sealable top), and add the olive oil.
3) Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
For extra taste, just add a pinch of Sea Salt.
You now have the healthiest soft spread money can buy! Keep the spread in the refrigerator so it stays fresh.
